We love cooking, you love food and so do owner/chef Tom Lewis and Executive Head Chef Scott Davies; an inspiring culinary collaboration, they lead the way…from sourcing and planning to pickling and preserving.
Scottish produce, sourced mainly from our farm, local crofts, and of course from the surrounding hills. We pick vegetables, fruit and herbs from Lisa May’s kitchen garden, and forage in all sorts of secret spots.
Walkers welcome every day, no need to book, we serve soups, sandwiches, homemade cakes and freshly baked scones.
