Monachyle Mhor restaurant is about having a great time over exceptional food and wine in a warm welcoming setting.
Tom started the restaurant back in the 90s and is still involved, foraging, creating, thinking, tasting, and talking – with Exec Chef Marysia Paszkowska at the helm since 2013.
