1. How many guests can we invite?
We host everything from intimate elopements for two, right up to larger celebrations of around 120 guests seated (150 standing) in our Dutch barn.
2. Do you offer exclusive use of the venue?
Yes – you can take exclusive use of the hotel for a fully private, immersive wedding experience. This includes bedrooms, lounges, restaurant spaces and outdoor areas. We also offer non-exclusive options for more flexible or budget-conscious celebrations.
3. Can we get married outdoors?
Absolutely. Outdoor ceremonies by the loch are one of the things we’re best known for, with stunning views across the water and hills. We can also offer indoor options if the Scottish weather has other ideas.
4. What accommodation is available for guests?
We have a mix of individually styled en-suite rooms, plus glamping and cabins. For exclusive use weddings, you’ll have access to all rooms; for non-exclusive bookings, a maximum of 11 rooms can be reserved.
5. Do you provide catering and drinks?
Yes – food is a huge part of what we do. From relaxed feasts to bespoke tasting menus, everything is tailored to you, with chef consultations available. We also offer drinks packages, cocktails and evening snacks to keep the party going.
6. Can we customise our wedding or is it a fixed package?
Your wedding can be as individual as you like. Whether you want something low-key and intimate or a full weekend celebration, we’ll work with you to shape the day around your style, priorities and budget.
7. Do you offer midweek weddings?
Yes – midweek weddings are available and offer the same experience with a bit more flexibility. They’re ideal for couples looking for a more intimate feel.
8. How far in advance should we book?
We only host a limited number of exclusive weddings each year, so we recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
