Should you need to cancel

Hotel 

A deposit of £200 per room per night will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation needs to be in writing/email.

If a cancellation is made outwith 7 days of the booking the deposit is transferrable but non-refundable. The deposit will be valid for 6 months.

If a cancellation is made within 7 days or less prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable

Self-catering

Full payment at the time of booking

Cancellation needs to be in writing/email
